Development of novel synthetic methods for nucleotide and nucleic acid modification

 

We aim to expand the universe of nucleic acid modifications by developing improved synthetic methods, novel nucleotide analog classes, and novel approaches to chemical modification of oligonucleotides, including fluorescence labelling, biotagging or chemical circularization.
