One of the greatest challenges for mRNA therapeutic field is precise tracking of exogenously delivered mRNA in vivo. To address this issue, we design and synthesize (fluorescently or otherwise) labeled analogues of the cap as well as other mRNA modifications that allow visualization of mRNA inside the cell, following its fate, and monitoring degradation. \u00a0<\/p>\n
